Return Policy

The main goal of is to offer exceptional customer experience every time you purchase stuff from us. However, if the customer is dissatisfied with the product because it is incomplete or damaged, then in such a scenario we do offer a refund.

Well, the refund is also applicable if the wrong product has been shipped to you.  You can return the purchased item, and we give the money back, but the shipping cost is excluded from the refund.

If the issue is trivial like you have received a product which does not match the color or size of the actual ordered item, then in such a case we replace the item at the earliest.

However, one thing that we will like to mention here is that we cannot bear the loss as well. This is why we will only return the purchased item if it is returned to us in a saleable condition.

The original packing and the tags need to be intact. In short, the returned product should be in an undamaged and unused state.

This return policy is only applicable for 7 days from the time you received the order.  We will also like to mention here that the return policy is not applicable on mobile phones, electronics, and jewelry items.

Cancellation policy does not allow cancellation of orders. However, in special cases, we permit the customers to opt for cancellation, but in this case, you have to inform the customer support service.

If the order has not been shipped, then we cancel your order right away, and you get the full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, then, in this case, you have to refuse the delivery, and the refund will be granted once the purchased item is returned to the warehouse.
